Eliah Drinkwitz is an American football coach who is the head coach of the University of Missouri's football team, known as the Missouri Tigers, which is part of the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). Before taking the head coach position at Missouri, he served as the head coach at Appalachian State University for the 2019 season, where he led the team to a successful campaign, including a Sun Belt Conference Championship.
Drinkwitz began his coaching career with various assistant coaching roles, including time at Auburn University, Arkansas State University, and Boise State University. He is known for his offensive acumen and has often worked with quarterbacks.
As Missouri's head coach, he has overseen the development of the football program, working to compete in the challenging Southeastern Conference (SEC). His tenure at Missouri has been focused on recruiting, player development, and building a competitive team in the SEC.
